2. Side Yard. On interior lots and the interior side of corner <br />lots there shall be a side yard on each side of the main building of <br />not less than three (3) feet. Accessory buildings located less than <br />a <br />seventy (70) feet from. the front property line shall conform. to the <br />side yard requirements. On corner building sites no main building <br />shall be closer than ten (10) feet to the exterior side line and no <br />r <br />accessory building closer than twenty (20) feet thereto, or as may be <br />established by Section XXV. <br />3. Rear Yard. There shall be a rear.yard of not less than twenty- <br />five (2 percent of the.lot depth, but such rear yard need not exceed <br />twenty-five (25) feet for interior lots nor fifteen.(15) feet for cor- <br />her lots. Accessory buildings of one (1) story or a maximum of fifteen <br />(15) feet in height may occupy not over fifty (50) percent of the re- <br />quired rear yard. Accessory buildings in excess of one (1) story or <br />in excess of fifteen (15) feet in height and located seventy (70) feet <br />or more from the front property line shall have a setback from the <br />side and rear property lines of not less than twenty (20%)..'percent <br />of the lot.width, but not necessarily more than twenty (20) feet.. A <br />garage. constructed with.the entrance on the alley shall have a minimum <br />setback of fourteen (14) feet from.the alley'center line. <br />. <br />G. VISION CLEARANCE <br />1. Vision clearance for corner lots shall be a. minimum of fifteen <br />(15) feet. <br />2. Vision clearance on alley-street intersections shall be a mini- . <br /> <br />mum of seven and one-half (71) feet. <br />SECTION VIII, R-;3 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />The following regulations shall apply in the R-3 Multiple Family <br />Residential District.. <br />A. USE <br />No building; structure, or land shall be used., and no building'or.. <br />structure shall be hereafter erected, structurally altered, enlarged,. <br />or maintained except for the following uses- <br />1.c- .Any use permitted _in-the.R-2.Two-Family Residential District. Court apartments <br /> <br />Transitional.use.:' Transitional uses.shall be permitted in the <br />R-3 zone where . the side.-of . a lot abuts upon`. a lot in a commercial or <br />industrial zone;..provided such transitional use'does not extend more <br />than;sixty-five .(-65)..feet frog the--boundary.of.-the,less restricted zone <br />
