B. PARKING SPACE REQUIRED <br />There shall be.at..least one permanently reserved parking space, <br />or a private garage on the.same lot, or attached to or made a part <br />of the main building. Such parking space shall be not less than <br />eight'(8) feet wide and eighteen (18) feet long. The parking space <br />or garage shall be provided at the time of the erection of the main <br />building, and.it shall have adequate provisions for ingress and <br />egress by standard size.automobiles. <br />C. `SIGNS <br />Signs and name plates may be installed as follows: <br />1. One (1) name plate not exceeding one and one-half (11) <br />square feet in-area for each dwelling unit, indicating.the name of <br />the occupant, or the occupation in the case of A.;13.,b. (above). <br />. Y <br />j:. <br />. .2. One (1) sign not exceeding twelve (12) square feet in area <br />for buildings other than dwellings. <br />3. One-(1) sign not exceeding six (6) square feet appertaining <br />,to,the sale or rent of property; provided that such sign shall be <br />attached to and parallel with the front wall of the building. <br />4. One (1).sign not exceeding eighteen (18) square feet in area <br />will be allowed on a tract of land or subdivision advertising the <br />sale of the property. <br />No name plates or advertising signs of any other character shall <br />.be permitted. { <br />t .a <br />D. HEIGHT <br />t <br />No building or structure nor the enlargement of any building <br />or structure shall'be hereafter erected to exceed two and one-half <br />(21).stories or more than thirty-five (35) feet in height, except <br />hospitals, public schools, or churches, which may be increased in <br />height to three (3) stories or forty-five (45) feet. Single-family <br />dwellings may be increased to three (3) stories or forty-five (45) <br />feet; provided the side yards are increased to.twenty (20) percent <br />of the lot width but not necessarily greater than twenty (20) feet. <br />In no case, however,'shall the side yard for three (3) story dwell- <br />ings be less than twelve (12)-feet. <br />E. AREA <br />1. Size of lot. Residential lots shall have a minimum average <br />width of sixty (60 )-feet, and the minimum lot area per dwelling <br />shall be six thousand (6,000) square feet, except that where a lot <br />has an average width of less than sixty (60) feet and an area of less <br />than six thousand (63000) square feet at the time this Ordinance <br />became effective, such lot may be occupied by any use permitted in <br />this section. <br />-lO- <br />_ i <br />M ~ <br />
