The provisions at EC 9.6415(2); EC 9.6420(1), (2), <br />(3)(a), (3)(b), (3)(e), (4), (5), and (6), apply to the siting and design of <br />parking and loading facilities in the S-DR Zone. <br />(ed) Parking Access. Temporary <br />parking areas are exempt from the requirements at EC 9.6420(3) through <br />(4) and EC 9.6791 through EC 9.6797. <br />(a) Temporary parking areas associated with construction anywhere <br />in the S-DR Zone may be used for no longer than 18 months. <br />(b) Temporary parking areas may be established and operated by the <br />City for a period no longer than 5 years provided the area is <br />improved with a durable and dust-free surface. <br />(3) . Bicycle Parking. The minimum and maximum parking standards.in Table EC <br />9.3165(3) apply instead of the standards in Table 9.6105(5).
