Ordinance Exhibit A <br />• Section 9.3165 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.3165 S-DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone Parking Requirements. <br />(1) Required Off-Street Motor Vehicle Parking.
