The tentative
subdivision application is part of the package of Downtown Riverfront
land use applications that will be considered by the Planning
Commission. Therefore, pursuant to ORS 244.120, Eugene Code
sections 2333 and 9.7065, and•the bylaws of the Eugene Planning
Commission; I am declaring an actual conflict of interest with respect to
the Downtown Riverfront tentative subdivision application (ST 19-03),
and I will not participate in any discussion or decisions by the Planning
Commission regarding the Downtown Riverfront application package.
Thanks,
Kristen Taylor
