The plans also <br />include conceptual designs for streets, accessways, and other infrastructure improvements <br />necessary to serve the newly created lots. <br />• Standards Review <br />The proposal involves a Standards Review application pursuant to EC 9.4980 for the <br />proposed design and construction of a new metropolitan riverfront park, including a new <br />multi-use pathway, overlooks, riparian enhancement and a variety of other public <br />riverfront amenities.
