BOHNER Rodney T
From:Loren Schein <lorenschein@cs.com>
Sent:Wednesday, September 05, 2018 8:31 AM
To:BOHNER Rodney T
Subject:NO! to the Lombard Apartments Application
To the Eugene Planning Commissioners:
I live only a few hundred feet from the proposed Lombard Apartments
development, which would scar our beautiful Willamette River Greenway.
The proposed development is wrong for our neighborhood and will likely cause
even worse traffic problems than we have now.
I urge you to reverse the Hearings Official's decision on the proposed Lombard
Apartments.
Based upon Eugene Planning staff report issued on August 30, 2018,
Appeal Issue #1: "The Hearings Official erred in finding that the
Willamette River Greenway approval criteria do not apply to the
subject application." Therefore, the application should be denied.Thank
you for your consideration of this request to protect our precious Willamette
River Greenway.
Please save our Willamette River Greenway!
Sincerely,
Loren Schein
485/505 River Road
Eugene 97404
1
81
