Future development envisioned entails uses consistent with applicable <br />adopted plans, policies, and standards, as described in this application. <br />1.2 Land Use and Development Requirements <br />Within the City of EugeneÈs policy framework, this proposal is subject to zone specific approval <br />criteria and standards at EC 9.3725 Riverfront Park Special Area Zone Approval Criteria and EC <br />9.8815 Willamette Greenway Permit Approval Criteria and Standards. This is a Type III request for <br />review and approval of a concurrent Conditional Use Permit and Willamette Greenway Permit <br />application to be held against the applicable criteria of approval in the Eugene Code. Findings <br />demonstrating consistency with applicable approval criteria, policies, and standards are provided <br />in Section 6 Approval Criteria and Standards.
