Our neighborhood includes home owners who rely on non-vehicular alternative <br />transportation and an adult foster care home for seniors many of whom use <br />walkers and wheel chairs. On a daily basis we see them using Fir, Lombard and <br />East Briarcliff, like Emery who takes his dogs for a walk. <br /> <br />
