Details will be <br />provided on individual projects regarding and flow line elevation and reviewed by <br />the city through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 2: Details will be provided on individual projects regarding drainage-ways and <br />reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they become <br />available. Sheet L01 Regulatory Plan (Exhibit A) shows the top of bank lines for the <br />Willamette River and Millrace. <br />Item 3: Floodplain and floodway boundaries, as well as base flood elevations across the <br />site, are shown on Sheet S01 Existing Conditions (Exhibit A). <br />Item 4: Stormwater Drainage Analysis Reports will be provided on individual projects <br />and reviewed by the city through the standard development process as they <br />become available. <br />Item 5: Within the Plan Set (Exhibit A), Sheet C01 Storm Drainage Plan shows existing <br />and possible future extension of storm drainage. Proposed grading and <br />landscape plans will be provided on individual projects and reviewed by the city <br />through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 6: Stormwater analysis will be provided on individual projects and reviewed by the <br />city through the standard development process as they become available. <br />Item 7: The stormwater system, or portions thereof, are proposed for private <br />maintenance.
