The information in the Stormwater, Sanitary Sewer, and
th
Water Analysis Report related to the description of the East 8 Avenue System (Destination C)
has also been updated.
4.Completeness comments from Scott Gillespie, PE Public Works, regarding the trip
generation report.
The applicant commissioned a Transportation Assessment Report, prepared by Kittelson
Associates,to address Public Works comments related to trip generation methodologyand
technical engineering analyses of the existing and proposed transportation system. After
multiple conversations with Public Works, it was confirmed that ITE Code 550 is an appropriate
method for estimating trip generation for a transportation assessment of this scope and
purpose. The written statement has been updated to reflect this supplemental information, as
well as how the modified proposal remains consistent with the Riverfront Park Study policies.
The report has also been stamped by a professional engineer, per request.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,

Colin G.
