UO North Campus June 15, 2018 <br />Conditional Use Permit Stormwater, Sanitary Sewer, and Water Analysis Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />New public and private fire hydrants will be required with redevelopment throughout the site. New <br />hydrant locations will conform to the Oregon Fire Code. <br /> <br />Based on past pressure/flow test data in the area, the static pressure within the public system is <br />expected to range between 68-72 psi, depending on the time of day. Both the Riverfront Parkway <br />th <br />and East 8 Avenue systems are expected to produce adequate fire flows. However, flow test <br />information should be obtained to confirm available pressures and flows.
