The standards of EC 9.6730(2)(c) and EC 9.6730(3) are the only applicable pedestrian <br />circulation standards. The Application site plan sheet A-1 found in Exhibit G shows that each <br />unit will have pedestrian access to all other units within the development and access to all <br />recreational and other community facilities located within the residential development. All <br />buildings within 40 feet of a public street will have pedestrian access to the street right-of-way <br />line. All pathways will be constructed of concrete or comparable hard surface material and <br />when abutting a street or driveway will be raised to standard curb height. All paths that are <br />intersected by a drive aisle will be marked with striping or where indicated on the site plan <br />with a cross-hatch a contracting paving material.
