River Road <br />The western property line of the site abuts River Road and meets the code required 60% <br />frontage. Calculations are shown on Sheet A1 of Exhibit G. <br />The Applicant seeks an adjustment to EC 9.5500(4)(b). The Applicant seeks the minimum <br />adjustment needed to the allowed “enhanced pedestrian space” in order to meet the 60% <br />frontage requirement along the east side of Lombard Street. The Applicant is seeking an <br />adjustment to increase the allowable “enhanced pedestrian space” from “no more than 20%” <br />to no more than 25%. See full response to adjustment criteria in Part IV Adjustment Review <br />below. <br />The proposed project has front lot lines along the River Road and the new extension of <br />Lombard Street.
