Both Sample plots 3 and 4 were in the easternreach of theproperty within low areas. Soils had a <br />bright 10YR 3/3 matrix with no hydric indicators. Hydrology was notpresent atany ofthesample <br />plots. <br />The Local WetlandInventory (LWI) for theCity of Eugene was completed in January 2005 by Pacific <br />Habitat Services,Inc. The LWI does notidentify any wetlands orwaters within the study area <br />boundary. Additionally, the National WetlandInventory (NWI) doesnotidentify any wetlands or <br />waters within the studyarea. <br />Foranarea to be awetlandit has to meet all three wetland criteria; soils, hydrology,and vegetation. <br />Noneofthesample plots met all three criteria. <br />Attached isan aerial photograph showing thelocation of sampleplots(Figure <br />), a copyofthesoilsmap (Figure ),LocalWetlandInventoryMap(Figure),ground level <br />photographsand data forms.
