2. #8 on sheet L3.0 with the following: <br />In the event a preservation tree must be removed, justification of the removal must be <br />documented by a certified arborist. Documentation must be provided to the City for <br />review prior to tree removal activity. Removal of a preservation tree will require the <br />planting of 2 replacement trees for every tree removed. Replacement trees shall be a <br />native species, with a minimum caliper of 1 ½ inches for deciduous trees and a minimum <br />height of 5 feet for coniferous trees. Any trees that must be replaced within private <br />preservation areas are the responsibility of that lot owner. Any trees that must be <br />replaced in Tracts A, B, C, and D will be the responsibility of the common owners or <br />homeowners association. <br /> <br />3.On the final site pl <br /> <br />4. <br />Trees in the common areas of Tract A and individual lot preservation areas that die <br />naturally or are damaged naturally and become potentially hazardous will require no <br />replacement trees. The removal of dead, diseased, or hazardous trees is allowed with <br />prior approval by a certified arborist and documentation of that approval (including the <br />need for removal) provided to the City. <br /> <br />5.On the final pla <br />Any trees to be removed in Tract A, as a result of installation of the storm sewer system <br />between and near Lots 13 and 14, shall be replaced with two trees for every tree <br />cceptance of the system. Replacement trees shall be a native <br />species, with a minimum caliper of 1 ½ inches for deciduous trees and a minimum <br />height of 5 feet for coniferous trees, and planted in the same general area. <br /> <br />6.On the final plans for all lots that border Tracts A, B, C, and D or contain a preservation <br />area, a temporary 10-foot construction setback area from all abutting preservation <br />areas and Tracts A, B, C, and D shall be shown.
