There is a 2-feet wide raised path which is defined as a sidewalk, however it is barely enough <br />for one person to walk off the street It does not meet ADA standards (too narrow and too <br />steep) and with sever cross slope and drop off on one side for safe passage. <br /> <br />Presently, reportedly, Capital Drive serves 34 tax lots. Up to 38 total units with 4 optional. <br />(NEW units = 31-35) households above the 5-way intersection, and it is the only access point to <br />these homes. <br />Pictures taken during the site visit and throughout the year show some of these conditions as <br />well as a few incidents that have occurred during the past year. <br /> <br /> <br />
