We did have a meeting with the applicant and Deputy Fire Marshal Mark Dahl to talk about the proposed hammerhead <br />turnaround at the end of Capital Drive; it was determined that the turnaround could be eliminated and the last section <br />of Capital Drive remain unimproved.
