This standard, which applies to sites in headwaters area that drain directly to headwater streams <br />or drain into pipes that discharge into headwater streams since stormwater runoff will be <br />retained on-site at pre-development levels and will mimic historical drainage patterns. <br />EC 9.6794 Stormwater Oil Control <br />This standard is not applicable since the partition does not include a development proposal that <br />includes any of the characteristics of EC 9.6794(2)(a-d). <br />EC 9.6795 Stormwater Source Control <br />This standard is not applicable since the partition does not include a development proposal that <br />would result in any of the defined site uses or characteristics listed in EC 9.6795(2)(a-h). <br />EC 9.6796 Dedication of Stormwater Easements <br />This standard is not applicable because all stormwater facilities treating runoff from impervious <br />surfaces of the public street will be located in the public right-of-way. <br />EC 9.6797 Stormwater Operations and Maintenance <br />Public storm water facilities will be located in the public right-of-way will be designed and <br />constructed through the PEPI process and the remaining stormwater facilities on the newly <br />created lots will be privately owned, operated and maintained.
