The proposed boundaries of Lot 22 encompass <br />those elements. <br />Lot 6 is slightly larger than the maximum and yet at least 1700 sf will be <br />dedicated to a common driveway for Lot 5, 7, 8, and 9 reducing the usable are <br />for home development to approximately 13,100 sf.
