(8) Subarea P4.8 <br />Subarea P4.8 is located to the west of <br />the current UGB, between Eugene <br />Airport and Prairie Road, as shown on <br />the "Extent" map. It is composed of <br />1,326.3 acres of fourth priority land. <br />The land in this subarea is designated <br />as Agriculture. <br />(a) Dismiss Candidate <br />Land with <br />"Development <br />Constraints" - Factors <br />that Temporarily or <br />Permanently Limit or <br />Prevent Use of Land to <br />Address the Identified <br />Industrial Land Deficit <br />The map "Subarea P4.8: Development <br />Subarea <br />Constraints" shows the development Boundary <br />r- ~ Current Eugene iJGf3 <br />constraints present in Subarea P4.8. <br />Street Rights of 4Vay Eugene <br />See constraint maps, in Section ILb - Major Streets <br />above, showing the location of each Fourth Priority o is <br />development constraint throughout 0"~ty Land <br />study area. Some land in the P4.8 <br />subarea has more than one type of development constraint.
