The map "Subarea P4.3: Site Characteristics of Unconstrained Land" shows the remaining / <br />unconstrained land in Subarea P4.3 with the following site characteristic elements displayed: <br />Dismissal of sites that are more than 1 mile by road from access to a State Designated Freight Route <br />The nearest State Designated Freight Route to Subarea P4.3 is Interstate 5. All remaining land <br />under consideration in this subarea is more than one mile from 1-5.31 <br />Dismissal of land that could not accommodate one of the following sites on a contiguous area comprised <br />of one or two tax lots: <br />• an industrial site of 75 acres or larger (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 50 and 75 acres (Eugene needs to add 3 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 20 and 50 acres (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 10 and 20 acres (Eugene needs to add 4 such sites) <br />As explained above, no sites in Subarea P4.3 remain for consideration under this criterion. <br />Subarea P4.3 Summary. Based on these findings, the City has determined that none of the land in <br />Subarea P4.3 is suitable for industrial city of Eugene Urban Growth Soundary Study <br />expansion. Industrial Land Evaluation ian <br />Subarea P404: Extent <br />(4) Subarea P4.4 <br />Subarea P4.4 is located to the south of <br />the current UGB, between Lorane <br />Highway and Bailey Hill Road, as shown <br />on the "Extent" map. It is composed of <br />656.9 acres of fourth priority land.
