Dismissal of sites that are more than 1 mile by road from access to a State Designated Freight Route The nearest State Designated Freight Route to Subarea P4.2 is Interstate 5. All remaining land under consideration in this subarea is more than one mile from 1-5.33 Dismissal of land that could not accommodate one of the following sites on a contiguous area comprised of one or two tax lots: • an industrial site of 75 acres or larger (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) • an industrial site of between 50 and 75 acres (Eugene needs to add 3 such sites) • an industrial site of between 20 and 50 acres (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) • an industrial site of between 10 and 20 acres (Eugene needs to add 4 such sites) As explained above, no sites in Subarea P4.2 remain for consideration under this criterion.
