(2) Subarea P4.2 <br />Subarea P4.2 is located to the <br />southeast of the current UGB, <br />between Mt. Baldy and Spencer's <br />Butte, as shown on the "Extent" <br />map. It is composed of 499.4 acres <br />of fourth priority land. The land in <br />this subarea is designated as either <br />Forest or Agriculture. <br />(a) Dismiss Candidate <br />Land with "Development <br />Constraints" - Factors that <br />Temporarily or <br />Permanently Limit or <br />Prevent Use of Land to <br />Address the Identified <br />Industrial Land Deficit <br />The map "Subarea P4.2: <br />Development Constraints" shows <br />the development constraints <br />Subarea Boundary <br />present in Subarea P4.2. See <br />Current Eugene UGB <br />constraint maps, in Section ILb <br />Street Rights of wa y <br />Eugene <br />above, showing the location of each <br />Major Streets <br />development constraint throughout <br />Fourth Priority Land <br />❑ <br />study area. Some land in the P4.2 <br />subarea has more than one type of development constraint.
