f. Fourth Priority Land - Apply State's Factors for Dismissal of <br />Candidate Land <br />The fourth priority land in Eugene's study area is divided into 10 subareas for evaluation. These <br />Priority 4 ("134") subareas are shown on the "Subareas of Fourth Priority Land" map. As noted <br />above, these subareas allow for a more detailed view of the land within the study area. The <br />analysis that follows evaluates all land in each subarea. It does not determine the suitability of <br />subareas as a whole. <br />Each of the ten subareas of fourth priority category land was evaluated using the standards and <br />process set out in Section Il.c, above.
