(1) Subarea P3.1 <br />Subarea P3.1 is located to the <br />south of the current UGB, near <br />Lorane Highway, as shown on <br />the "Extent" map. It is <br />composed of 488.6 acres of <br />third priority. The land in this <br />subarea is designated as <br />Marginal Land. <br />(a) Dismiss <br />Candidate Land with <br />"Development <br />Constraints" - Factors <br />that Temporarily or <br />Permanently Limit or <br />Prevent Use of Land to <br />Address the Identified <br />Industrial Land Deficit <br />The map "Subarea P3.1: <br />Development Constraints" <br />shows the development <br />Subarea Boundary <br />i Current Eugene UGB <br />constraints present in Subarea <br />L-..- <br />Street R ig hYs of Way <br />Eugene <br />P3.1.
