These tax <br />lots are identified (see the <br />Park Expansion Study) as <br />land for future development <br />as a community park needed <br />for the Santa Clara <br />neighborhood. <br />Summary of Development <br />Constraints <br />In all, 217.6 acres of the land <br />in Subarea P2.11 have one <br />or more development <br />constraints ("factors that <br />temporarily or permanently <br />limit or prevent the use of <br />land for economic <br />development" per OAR 660- <br />009-005(2)).
