The map "Subarea P2.9: Site Characteristics of Unconstrained Land" shows the remaining / <br />unconstrained land in Subarea P2.9 with the following site characteristic elements displayed: <br />Dismissal of sites that are more than 1 mile by road from access to a State Designated Freight Route <br />The nearest State Designated Freight Route to Subarea P2.9 is Highway 99. Only the eastern- <br />most remaining site under consideration in this subarea is within one mile of Highway 99. <br />Dismissal of land that could not accommodate one of the following sites on a contiguous area comprised <br />of one or two tax lots: <br />• an industrial site of 75 acres or larger (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 50 and 75 acres (Eugene needs to add 3 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 20 and 50 acres (Eugene needs to add 2 such sites) <br />• an industrial site of between 10 and 20 acres (Eugene needs to add 4 such sites) <br />None of the remaining land in this subarea is of sufficient size to accommodate any of the <br />needed industrial sites.
