EPA. Sites with a mixture of retail and office uses typically have higher <br />employment densities, around 30 to 35 EPA. <br />Office employment densities are generally higher than retail employment <br />densities, ranging from 30 EPA to higher. Table 26 shows office <br />employment densities for established sites in and near Eugene's downtown <br />and along Country Club Road, where densities ranged from about 53 to 93 <br />EPA. Office buildings in these areas are typically four stories or higher. <br />Areas with two story office buildings are more likely to have employment <br />densities closer to 30 to 40 EPA. <br />Table 26.
