The report will be stamped and signed. <br />D. Assumptions <br />• One project site visit. <br />• Street lighting analysis will not be required <br />• One set of written comments will be addressed <br />• Pavement and materials analysis not included <br />E. Estimated Cost <br />We estimate the cost of our service fee to be $2080.00. We propose to conduct the work on a thne- <br />and-materials basis at our standard billing rates. Our billing rate, on average, is $130.00. <br />F. Time To Complete <br />The tasks under Part A Scope of Work are estimated to be completed in two weeks depending on <br />other team members' responsiveness and staff availability at the time the agreement is fully <br />executed. <br />No work will be performed outside this scope of services without your written authorization. If <br />special circumstances or delays (not attributed to Nemariam Engineers & Associates, LLC or its <br />subcontractors) are encountered, you will be notified immediately. Any perceived change orders <br />will be communicated to you quickly. <br />Additional document review not listed in the scope of work noted above, post-report consultation, <br />or other requested services and attendance at meetings and/or land use hearings not identified in <br />this proposal can be provided on an hourly basis at client request. <br />This proposal (scope of work, budget, and timeline) is effective for sixty days. Please note that it is <br />Nemariam Engineers & Associates, LLC company policy to secure a 25% retainer $520.00 prior to <br />commencing work on new projects.
