Exhibit B.1 <br />z <br />Date: December 19, 2016 <br />Mr. Paul Conte <br />1461 W. 1014t Avenue <br />Eugene, OR 97402 <br />RE: Oakleigh Lane 250-foot Segment Assessment <br />Dear Mr. Conte: <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal to determine if the approximately 250-foot <br />segment of Oakleigh Lane near its east terminus can serve as a "Queuing Street". The project site <br />is in the City of Eugene, Oregon. <br />Part "A" provides our proposed scope of work and Part "B" (attached) our terms and conditions <br />for the Project. This scope of work was developed based on our November 30, 2016/December 12, <br />2016 telephone conversations and e-mail correspondence along with the documents attached to <br />this e-mail. <br />Part A - Scope of Work <br />This scope of work is prepared based on information contained in the documents you provided in the e-mail <br />noted above and our December 12, 2016 conversation. The services described in this scope of work (Part A) <br />are subject to the provisions described in Part B (attached) terms and conditions for this Project. <br />The work that will be performed to assess the 250 foot of Oakleigh Lane segment near its east terminus in <br />Eugene, Oregon includes: <br />A.
