The project site <br />is in the City of Eugene, Oregon. <br />Part "A" provides our proposed scope of work and Part "B" (attached) our terms and conditions <br />for the Project. This scope of work was developed based on our November 30, 2016/December 12, <br />2016 telephone conversations and e-mail correspondence along with the documents attached to <br />this e-mail. <br />Part A - Scope of Work <br />This scope of work is prepared based on information contained in the documents you provided in the e-mail <br />noted above and our December 12, 2016 conversation.
