Flip Chart Notes from Meeting <br />Capital Hill PUD Neighborhood Meeting <br />The list below consists of the questions and concerns we heard at the neighborhood meeting held <br />November 9, 2016 with the Fairmount Neighbors and Laurel Hill Valley Citizens. <br />• Higher density than surrounding neighborhood; road concerns <br />o What is the estimated number of trips, including bike/ped? <br />• Existing undeveloped lots (off-site) -what is the effect of these on traffic? <br />• Impact of construction on Spring Boulevard <br />• Too big; limited access <br />• Spring Boulevard - Narrow, worries over additional vehicles <br />• How does traffic study happen, what is the timing, and what is the geographic boundary? <br />• Phasing? <br />• Size of road (Capital and Spring) - PUD is increase <br />• Habitat; Hendricks Park is valuable <br />• Construction activity <br />• Access of construction trucks to site <br />• Preservation area - Purpose?
