I would like not to be a NIMBY citizen, and I do believe we must accept <br />some density to make our city and its margins work. However, a 5-story building seems entirely incongruous <br />with the neighborhood, and parking for 160 vehicles is excessive for the neighborhood. Could we not <br />recommend at 3-story building as more reasonable for the space? <br />After the Capstone debacle, I'm glad to see the proposed building will have mixed use. Please, let's not okay <br />an ugly structure that does nothing to enrich the neighborhood.
