The vehicular needs of residents who will occupy the proposed new apartments and the ways in which emergency service vehicles must be
able to access that property will be greatly intensified. What's missing and needed to ensure better
access to all in case of an emergency is a dedicated alley or street similar to Alder Alley south of 32na
41
IAN
II
,I
w+
Avenue.
This easement should be there to ensure that emergency vehicles and service trucks can get through.
Currently the plan shows trees where that roadway should be. While these trees would serve as a
natural visual buffer between the lots, this does not address what's needed as a dedicated easement for
vehicular emergency and service access.
Safety should be a right for all residents. I urge further review of the plan to ensure that all safety
measures are property addressed and implemented before this proposed development is approved.
a
~ tE J
> OF 00
Sincerely yours,
Christine L.
