There are NO five story buildings anywhere in this area, and I can't believe that <br />current zoning would permit such an enormous structure. <br />I also have traffic concerns. Currently, it is nearly impossible to turn left from 32nd onto Hilyard. If we travel <br />north on Alder to 30th, it is REALLY hard to turn left across the incoming, outgoing LCC traffic, and obviously <br />just as difficult to cross 30th and continue on Alder. <br />Also, Alder is a BIKE street. Increased traffic, from the addition of around 160 vehicles, is more than this block <br />can bear. <br />If ANY residential building is considered, please implement an expanded Traffic Impact Analysis. And reject any <br />building over three stories. <br />
