The applicant shall delineate the special flood hazard area and calculate the base flood elevations <br />on the final site plans and the tentative subdivision plans. <br />11. The final site plans shall note that stormwater destination, pollution reduction, water quality, and <br />operations and maintenance will be subject to further review and approval as part of the <br />subsequent subdivision acid PEP I process. <br />12. The final site plans shall note that the /WR conservation area boundary has been verified and <br />corresponds with the /WR conservation setback delineated on the site plans. <br />13. The final site plans shall note that the proposed keystone block wall on Lots 4-7 shall be located <br />outside of the / WIR conservation area. <br />14. The final site plans, and all site development and building permit applications for Lots 4-7/ and <br />development adjacent to those lots shall include protective fencing at the boundary the /WR <br />conservation area. The CC&Rs recorded with the subdivision shall be consistent with the final PUD site plans and <br />shall refer to the approved final site plans on file with the City of Eugene Planning Division. The <br />specific construction practices and applicable requirements to be noted on the final site plans and <br />in the CC&Rs will be further addressed at the time of the final PUD and tentative subdivision. <br />18.
