The final site plan shall note that the street dames are subject to further review and approval as part <br />of the subsequent subdivision process (revised names will be required for Nelson Street and <br />Nelson Court). <br />J. -The final site plans shall be corrected to identify the segment of Gilharn Road adjacent to the <br />development site as a medium volume residential street. <br />4. Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall dedicate a0 feet of right-of-way in Gilliam Road <br />along the east plat boundary, as necessary to provide 30 feet of right-of-way west of centerline <br />(which is depicted as existing right-of-way on the tentative PUD site plans). <br />5. The final site plans shall include a note indicating that the configuration and size of all public <br />improvements within the public rights-of-way and public easements will be subject to review and <br />approval by the City Engineer in accordance with procedures in Eugene Code Chapter 7 for <br />privately engineered public improvements. <br />6. The final site plans and the final subdivision plat shall note the following restriction: "No <br />building, structure, tree or other obstruction shall be placed or located on or in a Public Utility <br />Easement, except as otherwise approved through the final PUD by Public Works." <br />7. The final site plans shall be revised to show I0-inch public wastewater lines instead of 8-inch lines <br />and shall note that final design and sizing details for the proposed wastewater lines will be subject <br />to review and approval through the PEPI permit process. <br />8.
