With just a quick <br />glance at the Applicant's ZC-4 map one can see that they are in error. The city limit boundary line <br />should be just to the east of Spring Blvd, not west, and the slope of their northern boundary should be <br />clockwise not counterclockwise. This latter orientation can be easily seen on the Lane County GIS <br />map. With these major flaws I don't think that it would be ethical for the Planning Department to give <br />the applicant their blessings. The applicant could easily remedy this by moving their overlay east until <br />the city limit line is in the proper location and rotating it clockwise at least two degrees. <br />Bill <br />Laurel Ridge Record (Z 15-5) Page 758 <br />
