°M ai°a3aa. <br />OAKLEIGH <br />4I E r11) 011' <br />C U If o u S r N G <br />(2) Oregon licensed architect. <br />(3) Oregon licensed civil engineer. <br />(4) Oregon licensed landscape architect <br />(5) Oregon licensed land surveyor. <br />Findings: The Design Team is composed of an Oregon- licensed arborist, two <br />architects, civil engineer, landscape architect, and land surveyor. All members <br />are licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. Names and addresses of all <br />Design Team members are located above in this written statement. The <br />members of the Design Team are licensed professionals with extensive <br />experience directly related to the City of Eugene PUD criteria. <br />The architects, McCamant & Durrett Architects (MDA) and CoHousing Partners <br />(CP), are providing architecture development consulting services. The firms are <br />founded by architects Kathryn McCamant and Charles Durrett, who introduced <br />the cohousing concept to North America with their book Cohousing: A <br />Contemporary Approach to Housing Ourselves (1988, 1994) and Creating <br />Cohousing: Building Sustainable Communities (2011) . The firms work nationwide <br />and have provided architecture and development services to over fifty (50) <br />successful cohousing developments. <br />(c) Plan Certification. <br />Findings: Each set of plans provided with this PUD, Tentative Plan application <br />certifies the professional services performed by bearing the stamp of the <br />respective licensed professional responsible for the work. To ensure <br />comprehensive review of all plans f or compliance with the PUD provisions by the <br />Design Team, the cover sheet of the proposed PUD set (drawings) contains a <br />statement of review endorsed with the signatures of all designated members of <br />the Design Team stating the project complies with both the standards of each <br />member's respective profession and with the PUD, Tentative Plan criteria. <br />EC 9.8310(3) - PHASING <br />The tentative PUD application shall include a phasing plan that indicates any <br />proposed phases for development, including the boundaries and sequencing of <br />each phase. Phasing shall progress in a sequence that promotes street <br />connectivity between the various phases of the development and accommodates <br />other required public improvements. <br />Findings: The PUD proposes no phases to construction.
