• If the Willamette Green-way boundaries are approved, it opens up for possibly future dense <br />development. <br />PUD provides safe and adequate transportation system through compliance with the <br />following: <br />Applicant is asldng for an "exception" to the street connectivity and standards 9.8320 (5) The PUD <br />provides safe and adequate transportation systems through compliance with the following" - <br />EC 9.8320 Tentative PUD Approval Criteria <br />9.8320 (5) The PUD provides safe and adequate transportation system through compliance <br />with the following: <br />Further EC 9.8320 (5) makes reference to EC 9.6800 through 9.6875. <br />9.6815 (2) Street Connectivity Standards (e) exceptions for-applications proposing needed <br />housing. <br />• 'This is not a "needed housing" development, it is a vision. <br />• (f) extension of street, not necessary since the housing is wanted, not needed. <br />• Traffic Analysis Survey. Our modest lane does not meet the criteria set in place for a traffic <br />analysis survey therefore the applicant is requesting a "modification" <br />9.8320 (3) The PUD will provide adequate screening kora surrounding properties. <br />The applicant proposes a "green wall." on the west property, and seeks "modification" <br />• Placing an 8' concrete wall 122' long does not protection the natural features.
