THE <br />LARGEST UNIT IS 80 FEET WIDE AND 30 FEET TALL. <br />ACCORDING TO EUGENE CITY CODE 9.8320 THE PRO- <br />POSED DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE REASONABLY COMPATI- <br />BLE AND HARMONIOUS WITH ADJACENT AND NEARBY <br />LAND USES. <br />THE PLANS EXTEND THESE BUILDINGS WITH THEIR <br />BACKS TO THE STREET, AS FAR TO THE PERIMETER AS <br />POSSIBLE, IGNORING THE STANDARD SETBACKS. NOT <br />COMPATIBLE OR HARMONIOUS. <br />2. HABITAT. PRESENTLY, THE MEADOW IS HOME TO SEV- <br />ERAL SPECIES OF PLANTS AND ANIMALS.
