Thus the applicant met this application requirement. <br />However, compliance with this application requirement to submit reports documenting sound <br />level is not the equivalent to complying with the sound standard in EC 9.5750(7)(f). Compliance <br />with that substantive sound standard is addressed below. <br />6. A landscape plan drawn to scale showing proposed and existing <br />landscaping, including type, spacing, size and irrigation methods. <br />The applicant provided a landscape plan (Sheet L-1) that is drawn to scale (1" = 40'), which <br />includes the type, spacing, size and irrigation method in compliance with this requirement. <br />7.
