TAYLOR Becky G
From: Cindy Allen <cindyallen2l@yahoo.com>
Sent: Wednesday, November 05, 2014 6:00 AM
To: TAYLOR Becky G; Mona Linstromberg; Kathy Ging; Jane Katra; Karin Almquist; RUSSO Ed
(SMTP)
Subject: Is Rev, Aaron Taylor renting the property at 4060 W. Amazon?
I was told by a neighbor last night that David Russo
of the SE Neighbors Board has said that the Crossfire
cell tower will never happen because Crossfire is renting
the property. I assumed she meant that Crossfire was renting
from Rev. Aaron Taylor. At the Neighborhood Meeting last January,
he led us to believe that he was the owner of the property.
I have a copy of the permit with the City and only his name is
on it but there has always been the difference in names-
Rev. Aaron Taylor's Church is Crossfire but the name on the
permit, the name used in our Neighborhood Correspondence,
and also the sign posted on W. Amazon was Calvary Chapel
aka Calvary Fellowship. Is Taylor renting the property from Calvary
Chapel but trying to secure the 8-story cell tower contract in his
own name?
Rev. Taylor has been aware that we have known about the differences
in names since the very beginning and the 10 & 1/2 pages of problems
with the Planning Commission is unprecedented and were not answered
during the many months since he received them. Why didn't he just let the
contract quietly expire instead of continuing past the Oct. 27 deadline & pushing
for the of an Open Forum with the State. This has been going on over a year since
the Register Guard ran the article last October. He has put us through so much-
with the thought of $500/hr attorney fees if an appeal was needed.
i
Cindy Allen
