My letter asking the planning commission to deny the <br />AT&T CUP application 14-003 for a cellular tower proposed for <br />4060 W. Amazon Drive, Eugene. <br />2. Attachment of a picture of a red balloon showing how a 75-foot <br />cellular tower would dominate the skyline across the street <br />from publicly-financed protected wildlife habitat and municipal <br />park recreational nature trails. <br />3. Attachment of a letter that the US Dept. of the Interior wrote to <br />the FCC in Feb. 2014, declaring that non-ionizing non-thermal <br />radiation from cellular towers harm and kill birds. <br />Please put these 3 attached items into the public record, and please send me an email confirming this. <br />Thank-you. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jane Katra <br />
