My letter asking the planning commission to deny the
AT&T CUP application 14-003 for a cellular tower proposed for
4060 W. Amazon Drive, Eugene.
2. Attachment of a picture of a red balloon showing how a 75-foot
cellular tower would dominate the skyline across the street
from publicly-financed protected wildlife habitat and municipal
park recreational nature trails.
3. Attachment of a letter that the US Dept. of the Interior wrote to
the FCC in Feb. 2014, declaring that non-ionizing non-thermal
radiation from cellular towers harm and kill birds.
Please put these 3 attached items into the public record, and please send me an email confirming this.
Thank-you.
Sincerely,
Jane Katra
