Attachment A <br />RESPONSE : The project has been redesigned to eliminate the tower concrete pad, and to use <br />pervious paving materials, such as wood chips for the paths. The impervious surface for this <br />project has been reduced to 30 SF for the tower base and 928 SF for the church building <br />extension to house the equipment forAT&T and future collocators. The total impervious surface <br />is 958 SF, well below the code's 1000 SF threshold for stormwater mitigation.
