This site is not located on a ridgeline or in a view <br />corridor. <br />7. Trees with significant habitat value <br />RESPONSE:. All trees are being retained. <br />8. Trees adjacent to public parks, open space and streets. <br />RESPONSE: All trees are being retained. The majority of the trees to be preserved are along <br />West Amazon Street. There are a handful of trees is located along Fox Hollow Road. See <br />discussion in 3 above. <br />9. Trees along water features. <br />RESPONSE:: There are no water features on the Property and the site is not located along a <br />water feature. <br />10. Heritage trees. <br />RESPONSE:; All trees are being retained. There are no heritage trees on this site. <br />(c) Restoration or Replacement. <br />1. For areas not included on the city's acknowledged Goal 5 inventory, the <br />proposal mitigates, to the greatest degree attainable or feasible, the loss of <br />significant natural features described in criteria (a) and (b) above, through the <br />restoration or replacement of natural features such as: <br />RESPONSE: The proposed project is not on the City's acknowledged Goal 5 inventory, thus the <br />Applicant addresses the criteria in EC 9.8090(5)(c)1, below. <br />a. Planting of replacement trees within common areas; or <br />b. Re-vegetation of slopes, ridgelines, and stream corridors; or <br />c.
