The City items are in regular typeface <br />and my responses are in italics. <br /> <br />PLANNING <br />General Comments <br />Both proposed Middle Housing applications are dependent on the proposed lot configuration of PT 23-14, <br />therefore these applications will run concurrent with a partition application per your request. <br />I have added a statement at the beginning of each written statement for MHT 23-11 and 23-12 stating as <br />such. <br /> <br />Written Statement <br />1. Detailed written statement that describes the nature of the middle housing land division and how the <br />request is consistent with all applicable criteria (Eugene Code Section <br />1.
