<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., the Eugene City Council will conduct a public
<br />hearing on the following ordinance:
<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE WILLAMETTE RIVER GREENWAY; AMENDING
<br />SECTIONS 9.0500, 9.1040, 9.3147, 9.3148, 9.3725, 9.4930, 9.5750, 9.6885, 9.7005,
<br />9.7030, 9.7055, 9.7205, 9.7210, 9.7220, 9.7305, 9.7315, 9.7335, 9.7340, 9.7415, 9.7455,
<br />9.7520, 9.7560, 9.7605, 9.7615, 9.7635, 9.7665, 9.7685, 9.8005, 9.8030, 9.8800, 9.8805,
<br />9.8810, 9.8815 AND 9.8825 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; ADDING SECTIONS 9.8811
<br />AND 9.8812 TO THAT CODE; AND ADOPTING A WILLAMETTE RIVER GREENWAY
<br />SETBACK MAP, A WILLAMETTE RIVER GREENWAY TREE PRESERVATION ZONE
<br />MAP AND A MAP OF PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE WILLAMETTE RIVER
<br />GREENWAY AND MORE THAN 500 FEET FROM A WILLAMETTE RIVER GREENWAY
<br />ACCESS POINT.
<br />This public hearing will be held in-person and remotely using virtual meeting technology.
<br />Information about online or other options for participation will be available by 5 p.m. on
<br />June 16, 2023, at https://www.eugene-or.gov/3360/Webcasts-and-Meeting-Materials.
<br />Written testimony may be sent to mayorcouncilandcitymanager@eugene-or.gov or to
<br />Eugene City Manager's Office, 101 West 10th Avenue, Suite 203, Eugene, OR 97401.
<br />Written testimony must be received by Tuesday June 20, 2023, at 5 p.m.
<br />This ordinance is posted on the City of Eugene website at http://www.eugene-or.gov and
