For more information, please see <br />the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) SB 1537 Guidance and FAQ. <br />Please complete the following application checklist and submit a written narrative with information showing <br />that all conditions are met. Note that additional information may be required upon further review to <br />adequately address the application for adjustments.
