<br />MIDDLE HOUSING LOT NOTES
<br />1. The middle housing lots shown on the tentative plan were created pursuant
<br />to a middle housing land division and may not be further divided.
<br />2. The middle housing development on the middle housing lots shown on the
<br />tentative plan shall remain middle housing and shall not be considered to be
<br />any other housing type as a result of the middle housing land division.
<br />TENTATIVE PLAN REQUIREMENTS
<br />Show the date, north arrow, and standard engineer's scale on the proposed plan. The date and north arrow are shown, and drawn to a standard
<br />engineer's scale of 1" = 20'
<br />Show the Assessor's Map and Lot number on the proposed plan. The Assessors map and lot number are shown in the bottom left corner of the proposed
<br />plan.
<br />Show a vicinity map on the proposed plan. (doesn't need to be to scale)The vicinity map is located in the top right corner of the proposed plan.
<br />Show the dimensions of the plat boundary, including the dimensions and approximate square footage calculations of all proposed Middle Housing Lots
<br />and/or common area tracts. The boundary and approximate square footage of the lots are shown hereon.
<br />Show the location, setbacks and height of all existing structures, including those under pending building permits are shown. Indicate whether existing
<br />structures will remain or be removed. There is an existing shed in the southwest corner of the subject property, that will be removed.

<br />Show all contiguous property under the same ownership. There is not contiguous property under the same ownership of Tracktown Partners, LLC.
<br />Indicate on the proposed plan the Middle Housing lot configuration and show that there is one dwelling unit on each middle housing lot, except lots,

<br />STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
